Some states outside of California are now requiring that we collect sales tax payable to that state. If we are required to collect sales tax for your state the tax will be added to your invoice and collected before shipment.

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old.

When shipping alcohol please note that the package cannot be delivered without an adult signature. When adding your shipping address please use one where an adult will be present during normal delivery hours (e.g. place of employment) to receive and sign for your wine. This will ensure a timely delivery.
