Taste of Passion 2010
The Taste of Passion will take place on Saturday, September 25th from 3-9pm at the famed Silverado Resort. As always, setting is essential for this annual get together and we could not think of a more perfect spot on the property than The Grove. For those of you who spent time in the scorching heat of the Six Degrees vineyard last year, an afternoon and evening spent amongst the cool shade of an oak tree grove should be the perfect antidote for the late summer sun in wine country.

2007 Waugh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon NEW VINTAGE!
Its been said that good things come in threes so we’ve felt pretty good about our Cabernet Sauvignon program for years now. Since 2005 we’ve been blending three amazing appellations to craft our Cabernet (Oakville, Mt. Veeder & Pritchard Hill). On their own they’d all produce a stellar wine. When using all three, watch out.

2008 Waugh Cellars Chardonnay
The vintage exhibits a gorgeous, clear golden color and is defined by an explosion of ripe citrus and floral tones with an oily texture and dense weight that is balanced by incredibly structured acidity.
