Its been said that good things come in threes so we’ve felt pretty good about our Cabernet Sauvignon program for years now. Since 2005 we’ve been blending three amazing appellations to craft our Cabernet (Oakville, Mt. Veeder & Pritchard Hill). On their own they’d all produce a stellar wine. 2009 Waugh Cellars Riesling, Fazio Vineyard, Santa Barbara

Another amazing year for the Fazio Reisling vineyard. We have gone to the extreme with this vineyard in battling mold issues, which always arise with Riesling. But proper vineyard management is what makes this grape so special when treated with just the right amount of TLC.
