2006 Waugh Cellars Pinot Noir, Indindoli Vineyard, Russian River

Given the success of the 2005 Pinot very little was changed in the winemaking for this new vintage. The fruit from Carmine Indindoliís carefully maintained vineyard was brought in and cold soaked for four days before fermentation to maximize flavors and color extraction. It was then placed in 10% New Oak barrels from Centre of France where it stayed for a full year.
