 After making 750 cases of our wonderful 2005 Vintage, we took a year off and focused on bringing down production again on this great vineyard.  Part of this was simply nature.  The growing season provided us with a tremendous amount of viscosity, infusing the wine with a softness and roundness on the palate not found in every vintage.  

As always, no Malo-lactic fermentation and no new oak was used in the aging of the wine.  Spicy, floral and sweet on the nose, the 2007 Indindoli Chardonnay exhibits mouth watering acidity and wonderful citrus flavors that will pair well with many foods and will have you drinking happily even past the long days of summer.
