2003 Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley
This wine, which represents our first Cabernet Sauvignon from the sought after Oakville region of Napa enjoyed a long, 26-day juice to skin contact before maturing in a wonderful combination of French, American and Hungarian barrels.
Elegantly styled with beautiful plum and cherry flavors this wine is pure Oakville . Herb and spice on the nose and a wonderful integration of the oak make this a gorgeous wine to enjoy now but one will benefit from additional aging of up to 8-10 years.
