2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley
Produced using fruit grown in some of the most renowned appellations in Napa (Oakville, Mt. Veeder, Spring Mountain & Coombsville) this wine was aged in French Oak (30% new) for a full 18 months before being bottled in March 2008.
It explodes with fresh fruit on the nose, blackberries, currants and cherries are all prominent. With some aeration you'll find plum, hints of spice and some black olives. The natural elegance of this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon gives you the flexibility to enjoy a glass on its own or to pair with most foods.
